The services we provide include:

Repair & Refurbishment:

Zigmo performs testing and Level 1 thru Level 4 repairs for technology products including PCs, e-readers, tablets, and other transportable devices. Zigmo provides refurbishment services customized to meet specific needs, including the removal of personal content and restoration to original factory settings – a protective measure against potential legal liabilities. We take all of the steps to prepare the product, both cosmetically and technically, for resale or reuse.

Asset Management:

Zigmo handles, inspects, refurbishes, and tests products, including consumer returns, to get products back where they need to be as quickly as possible, minimizing valuable time and improving our client’s bottom line.

Logistics:

Zigmo provides warehousing, pick, pack, and ship services for its clients across the country. Our inventory system makes certain that the right products are available on time and in the right place.

Advance Exchanges:

Zigmo offers advance exchange programs to provide its clients next day access to functional devices while their units are being evaluated, repaired, and tested. This is a beneficial program for customer returns (e.g., video game systems) or highly used portable devices (e.g., headsets or GPS devices).
